Meet the Team

Proud Milwaukee native and Riverwest based, Zach loves to immerse himself in community. In between exploring the different neighborhoods, he spends his free time with his pup Leo, walking by the Milwaukee River, throwing axes in his backyard or hanging with his nephews. Zach never expected Goodland to turn into what it has become, but he is very proud of the family it has created.

Being born and raised in Milwaukee, Rachel has a heart for the city. She loves to spend her time around town exploring new restaurants, going to concerts, and taking walks with her wife and two dogs. She loves people and has found a home within Goodland Remodeling and serving her community.

From a family of 9 in Huntington, Indiana, Matt has a huge heart for family and the people around him. He is an eager student of the world and has spent time in California and Hawaii where he picked up construction skills and surfing! Matt loves being close to the lake and has a big heart for his community. He truly brings that into his job with the Goodland team.

Originally from California, Lucas has been living in Wisconsin for 10 years. He likes looking for opportunities to learn new skills and use he creativity whenever he can in an artistic environment - which makes him a great asset to the Goodland Team. He is passionate about creating and as a contractor he strives to make the world a more beautiful place!

Kelvyn is an Ozaukee County native. He was first introduced to interior remodeling while helping family flip homes throughout his childhood. His favorite things to do outside of work are going for hikes, photography, and singing karaoke!

Sam loves building and creating things with his hands. He has been working in HVAC, property maintenance, and remodeling since his early teenage years. He is a people person and enjoys a good conversation and laugh! Sam spends his personal time hunting, fishing, and playing with his kids. He is a hard worker and loves working with his team at Goodland. If it has pipes and water, Sam’s your guy!

Since he could hold a wrench and hammer, Sean was taking things apart and putting them back together. His whole life has been an effort to gain more experience, learn new things and provide 100% effort on every job he’s a part of. When he’s not working, Sean enjoys spending time with his family, building and riding motorcycles, hunting and fishing!

Being from Milwaukee, Ravi is proud of his position on a local remodeling team. He loves learning and building which makes him a perfect fit for the Goodland family. Outside of work hours, he loves skateboarding, rock climbing, and adventuring around the city!

Born in Germany, Dylan learned to love the trades from his family there - his grandpa was an architect, and his grandma was a designer. He ended up in Milwaukee and wanted to continue that family tradition. He spends his free time working on his own home, as well as collecting tools, going on outdoor adventures, and loves meeting unique and fun people!

Kevin has found his family with Goodland since moving into the Riverwest neighborhood. Not only is he a graphic design student at UWM, but he enjoys finding something new to learn about remodeling every day on the job. Catch him around the neighborhood at the local spots playing volleyball, cheering on all the Milwaukee sports teams or just grabbing a beer!

Leo has been with Goodland since the beginning. Rescued by Sam in 2016, then adopted by Zach, Leo is truly a part of the whole Goodland family. He loves to come with the guys on the jobs and cannot wait to meet you!
